Data We Collect

We collect your email address, display name, and progress data (completed planner steps, streak counts). If you connect a third-party login (Google, GitHub) we receive only the profile info you authorise.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to operate the service: authenticate you, save your progress, and personalise your planner. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

AI Data Handling

API keys you provide for Claude or OpenAI are stored AES-256 encrypted at rest and are never logged in plaintext. Your API keys and conversation content are never used to train any AI model. AI requests are proxied to the relevant provider and are not stored beyond the session.

Your GDPR Rights

If you are in the EEA or UK you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights email privacy@launchpad.app. You may also export your planner data from Settings > Account, or request full deletion which completes within 30 days.

Cookie Policy

We use only essential cookies required to operate the service (session authentication). We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on first visit.

Retention Period

Personal data is retained for up to 2 years of account inactivity, after which it is automatically deleted. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us or using the in-app delete account option.
