Answers to common questions and what to do when something looks wrong.
My changes did not save
Most tools save when you press Save or as you type. If you were signed out in the meantime, sign in again and re-enter the last change. Check the business name next to the logo: you may be looking at a different business than you meant to.
I was signed out unexpectedly
Sessions refresh while you use the app. If you were away for a long time you will need to sign in again; nothing you saved is lost.
The AI is slow or says it could not answer
The model runs on a modest server. Wait up to a minute, then try again. If it keeps failing, tell the person who runs the site.
A page shows an error or is empty
Reload the page. If it is still empty, the business you have open may have nothing in it yet, which is normal for a new business.
Is the Xero data real?
No. On this site Xero and Zelt are demo stand-ins with sample data. See Accounting.
I cannot find a feature
Use the menu (top left) or the search box. Each tool is listed under Plan, Discover, Finance, Execute or Connect.

Use the Contact page in the footer.
Where did most of the menu go?
The menu starts short on purpose. Open the menu and turn on Show advanced tools to see everything, including the full dashboard.
